Joe took care of us personally. He's a friendly, very knowledgable, and just plain nice guy. We had him opticoat our new Tesla Model S. This is the first car we've ever had that was really worth it to keep looking in top shape so we didn't know the first thing about caring for a car's exterior. He took about an hour when we picked the car up explaining to us how to wash it correctly, and how to keep it touched up, and mostly what NOT to do (like drawing Tesla logos in the dust on the car. He was really nice about this!! He's a real car detailing enthusiast, and is totally concentrating on customer care.

Brought my 2004 Subaru Forester in for a simple oil/lube change and really appreciated their transparency. I'll definitely be coming back for my regular oil changes and check ups.

Thanks to John, Ken and Alan for seeing that the repairs to the Porsche were done by a reliable specialist and that the work was completed in a timely manner. Everything seemed ok until I couldn't start the car. Luckily, the mechanic was still around and fixed the problem.

I had an unexpected issue with my cooling system while traveling through Orinda on business. These guys not only took care of me without an appointment, they were fast, friendly and affordable! My only regret is there isn't an Orinda Motors in the North Bay where I live.

The service department has been extremely helpful with two emergencies in two weeks for my little old buggy. I appreciate all of the great work and quick turnaround to get us back on the road!
