Had opti-coat applied to my new Audi at Orinda Auto Detail shop. The manager, Joe, is a very knowledgeable and professional young man. Joe explained all about opti-coat without any sales pressure a few days before I decided to have the product applied. I told Joe I'd like to see how he applied the opti-coat, and he called me just as he was beginning the application. I watched and asked questions, and Joe had all the answers. While at the shop, I watched Joe's team wash and detail some high end autos, and was very impressed. As long as Joe is running the show, this is the place to go for opti-coat and detailing.

This is the place to go if you care about car maintenance, as in keep my car running do I can avoid more costly repairs down the road...or worse, end up on the side if the road. Thorough, knowledgable, and friendly staff you can trust to do the job right.

Both Ken and John have helped me in the past and they are both awesome. They're so accommodating and were able to answer questions I had about my car problems (I know nothing about cars and they explained the problem in words I could understand). It took a couple tries, but the problem is now solved and my car is up and running again. I always love the service I receive here at Orinda Motors.
