Very courteous, profession, respectful and very approachable. They took my car in the morning, offered a ride afterwards, called me in the morning with the evaluation of causes of the symptoms. I had sent them my list of issues prior to the appointment to help them best judge the time needed to keep the car, and when I was able to give them a little more time, they finished earlier then expected. They not only repaired my car but cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floors. The car looks and feels brand new. It feels even better and more fun to drive!

Another very satisfying service experience. Knew our Forester needed 4 new tires. Wanted a good deal on good tires -- NOT made in China. Jeff offered me a couple of attractive choices; I went with the Cooper CS-4s; made in the US. Look great and ride beautifully. Needed ATF service as well which I expected; heck of a lot cheaper than replacing the tranny. Done on time and shuttle service made it easy.

Only down side was they don't vacuum the whole interior anymore. Guess I'll have to do that myself. I've had nothing but good experiences with Orinda Motors and they have been servicing my cars for several years.
