Once again Orinda Motors has proved itself as my go-to crew. Issues pop up with my car(s), I get advise and then they fix it. Quick, easy and friendly. My daughter and her husband use them as their go-to crew. They love their friendliness and professionalism.

The team at Orinda Motors are always friendly and informative and, I feel, honest. I’m never pressured to make quick decisions and although they may be a little pricier, I am never surprised with service. They own their mistakes and honor their commitment to the quality of their work.

Took our 2010 Mercedes GLK here recently for the first time. Service was great and my service rep Tara was great as well! They recommended a bunch of maintenance items, given we hadn’t serviced the car for 2 years (barely driven), but it is an old car with high mileage so wasn’t surprised. I accepted some and deferred others, and liked how they didn’t pressure me to get things done. I also appreciated how complete they were in their diagnosis of maintenance issues to be aware of and the detail they provided. Overall great experience and would recommend them!

Jamie is the best in terms of reading the customer and understanding how to best communicate with them through the process of diagnosing their vehicle. He instills trust in the customer.

Inspected oil leak and couldn’t fix but reduced their inspection fee which was nice.
