Overall, 5 stars. I was greeting immediately upon arrival where information was exchanged and what time to expect to be back to pick up my vehicle. I received a call prior to my pickup time explaining that one of my air filters was in need to replacement. Knowing that I hadn't done this I was happy to see that Orinda Motors went beyond to check out everything and approved the replacement. The staff were professional and their time estimate was spot on. Highly recommended.

John and Ken not only make sure my car gets first rate care, but they treat me like an old friend, going out of their way to respond to my scheduling needs, even in a last minute emergency. They offer old-fashioned, small town service in an increasingly impersonal world.

great service, but the contents of my trunk were strewn about so much that an item was found behind the spare tire-I could barely reach it.
