Dropped my Acadia off to Joe to get the exterior detailed. When I picked it up the next day, I was amazed. It looked like new. Not only did he polish and buff the paint, but he polished the windows & touched up a few nicks and scratches. Very impressive!!!

There is always a friendly and empathetic person answering calls at Orinda Motors. And the service is wonderful and accommodating...Orinda Motors is such a treasure.

Have been bringing my BMW here for many years. Parts are becoming increasingly scarce for certain repairs, but Ken finds what's needed. The repair pinched a wire that created a speaker malfunction. Took it to the stereo shop who fixed the problem, and John credited my Rewards Points for the cost with no hassle. Great shop, knowledgeable mechanics.

Of course it cost, but what doesn't nowadays? I trust Orinda Motors more than any other shop though, and feel confident my car is getting the best care at the best value.

Jeff & Ernesto always have the customer in mind. I have bought a few sets of tires from them for various vehicles and Jeff's recommendations have been top notch. The tire rotation service makes it super easy for our family to drop a car off and have the tires rotated and aligned if needed. And, from a price standpoint, they can be fairly competitive, especially after factoring in the ease and convenience.

I was pressured for tim e in getting an intermediate service on my Prius. I called, went down and then had the service completed all within two hours. Can't bneat that!

My car has been at OM twice in the past couple months. Both Ken and John and very helpful and professional. They gave honest feedback on service and the work done on my car is great! While OM is pricey, I appreciate that the work is honest (no shortcuts, over-charges, etc) and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
