Both of the staff members I dealt with (Alan and Ken) were very efficient, professional, helpful, courteous, even friendly. Everything they told me seemed very straightforward and on the level, no shady dealing of any kind. My undriveable car was made driveable again quickly. The price made me wince, but truthfully I have no idea what the same job would have cost elsewhere.

Went in for a 1:30pm appt. for a smog check for my truck. I was taken right on time and done in about 30 minutes. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
