Orinda Auto Repair

I was pressured for tim e in getting an intermediate service on my Prius. I called, went down and then had the service completed all within two hours. Can't bneat that!

My car has been at OM twice in the past couple months. Both Ken and John and very helpful and professional. They gave honest feedback on service and the work done on my car is great! While OM is pricey, I appreciate that the work is honest (no shortcuts, over-charges, etc) and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

These guys are everything I look for in an independent repair shop. Twice, they've provided a second opinion (vs. dealership) that has saved us a considerable amount of money. They know their stuff, they explain everything in great detail and go out of their way to be courteous and to keep you updated on the status. I'll be bringing our Subaru here until it dies...

Arrived at the Tire & Express Service 7:15am and even though they did not open officially until 8, they signed me in and got me a ride to the Theater Sq carpool by 7:30. They repaired my tire and picked me up at BART at 6:15pm. All round excellent service.

As usual, getting a repair done at Orinda motors was fast and painless. Work was done while I had a coffee in Starbucks. And done for a few dollars more than the cost of buying the part and fitting it myself.

John and Ken are both very nice and efficient. They called with updates and were very good at explaining the problem and what should be done. It was hassle-free!

I've been relying on Orinda motors to service and repair our cars for the past 5 or 6 years (Honda, Subaru, Mercedes and a Lexus). Â So, its fair to say I'm a regular customer. Â I've never had any complaints about their services, prices, or customer service. Happy they are local, and still thriving.

I trust Orinda Motors. They handle all my cars needs. I buy my tires and have my oil changed at the Tire Center and Express Oil Change. The Service/Repair shop does all the rest. I drop my car off and they drive me home and pick me up when it is done. I can rent a car if need be.Liked: Service, Value
