I brought my 2001 Mazda Tribute back to Orinda Motors for all kinds of work. I needed my lift-gate fixed (wouldn't open)...they charged me $30 to pop it loose! In addition, I needed a total car "physical/tune-up" and could not be happier with the end product. I wanted the same service I receive at my Lexus dealer, but didn't want to drive so far, or pay Lexus prices. Orinda Motors provided the same service, in a professional, friendly manner. They even washed my car.

OM had difficulty in getting three parts. Ken went beyond what you can expect and spent about 4 hours tracking the parts down. He ordered from two vendors to see who could deliver first. The work was three months past their two year warranty, but due to the low mileage placed on the vehicle, they covered the old parts and labor in a complimentary (free) manner. Quite impressive. They showed real integrity.
