Orinda Auto Repair

Great service always--have been going to Orinda Motors for years. Staff is always helpful and pleasant.We like that everyone there know us and they are most willing to give us a ride home when we leave the car to be serviced.

I wanted the same service I receive at my Lexus dealer, but didn't want to drive so far, or pay Lexus prices. Orinda Motors provided the same service, in a professional, friendly manner. They even washed my car.

OM had difficulty in getting three parts. Ken went beyond what you can expect and spent about 4 hours tracking the parts down. He ordered from two vendors to see who could deliver first. The work was three months past their two year warranty, but due to the low mileage placed on the vehicle, they covered the old parts and labor in a complimentary (free) manner. Quite impressive. They showed real integrity.

From the first visit, it was clear that Orinda Motors is trustworthy, ethical and that the staff genuinely cares about my car and me as a customer. They never suggest unnecessary work nor charge unreasonable fees. I know that all work done by Orinda Motors, from a routine oil change to major repairs, will be done correctly the first time.There's a reason why Orinda Motors has been a local favorite for so many years.

Very efficient in calling me to let me know the machine was ready and was able to make an appointment that a day. All staff I encountered were extremely friendly and all went very smoothly.

For example, I was concerned that I had a brake problem on my car, so I took it in to be checked. They checked it out and were able to let me know there were no problems - and I appreciate the honesty. The charge was very fair. They have also done good work on my car when it was needed. Service was great. Friendly and on time. I had a special request and they were very accommodating.
