The oil change and repair went well. A last minute reminder by the manager to re-install a missing hose clamp before I drove the car saved the day.

John found a replacement part that was described as OEM bbut did not fit so he had the old pipe repaired good as new

I recently had my first major work done by OM. I feel good about how they went about it, how they took care of my car, and how they communicated along the way. I'll be back.
