improve customer service. i was in the waiting room almost ten minutes until someone came. rang the bell, and was told to wait another five.

I had a tremendous experience at Orinda Motors recently! Â Jeff Joyce took great care of me and my wife's highlander.The morning I dropped off our 'whoopdee', they were hosting a local 'little league' car wash in their parking lot!Our 'family car' had been a little neglected and needed some 'catch up'. Jeff was just the guy to help us get it done.Tires, a mid-mileage service, and some advise were all provided quickly efficiently and at a very competetive price!I new this one wasn't going to be cheap, and I left at the end of the day feeling that I got GREAT service and MORE than a fair deal!On the Fourth of July, I ran into the General Manager of this business at the park, following the town parade. They sponsor a booth spotlighting their interest in classic hot & street rods.I like that these guys make an effort to be involved in the community.Great Job guys ... we will be back ... with the Highlander and our other vehicle(s) as well!

Having lost my long-time mechanic, I went to Orinda Motors after a 25-year absence. Now I wonder why I ever stopped going there when I moved to Lafayette. I was delighted with every aspect of my experience: just imagine intelligent telephone communications, prompt and on-time service, clear and HONEST estimates, reasonable prices, and the nicest shuttle service (and driver!) I can't be more pleased and will refer friends and neighbors to Orinda Motors whenever I have the chance.

I came in at 8:40 and my car was ready 1hr later (earlier but I was at a dr. appt). They suggested another need that my car had... oil in the rear distributor? not sure but that was also done sooner than an hour. Happy people, happy place.
