Orinda Auto Repair

I came across this place by looking through Diamond Certified online. I needed to find a high quality auto repair shop that was open on the weekend. Â I've had occasion to visit this spot twice. Â In addition I will visit them in the future for two reasons: they are professional and thorough. Â They run their shop the way I would if I owned one. Â They are committed to keeping your car in tip top shape. Â This is also the only place I know where I can rent a car(for free) while they work on my car. Â Now of course I know some dealers(Lexus, Toyota, Cadillac)will do this all the time. Â I, however, have never had such an option. Â They also wash my car after servicing it. Â San Leandro Marina promised to do that for me as well but I guess they forgot...more than once! Â Oh yeah, I also live in San Leandro and gladly drive to Orinda to give these guys my business.My only gripe with these guys is that they are KILLING my wallet! Oh well, what auto shop doesn't do that?? Anyway, I'm absolutely sold on these guys for now.

great-everything exlained and done in timely manner

Just brought the civic in for a check up. Needed new tires and got them. Service Rep Ken didn't report that transmission fluid was dirty. It was in the report but wasn't talked about. We would have had the transmission flushed out and new fluid put in. Now we need to spend another day doing this. Also we rented a car. Don't want the extra cost. Ordered tires from TireRack.com and Orinda Motors put them on. Handled everything very well including picking me up to get my car
