Your service has been excellent. I do not bring in my 2000 Outback or 2009 Forester to Orinda Motors because I consistently get coupons with significant discounts from Subaru and 4 or 5 years ago there was a serious disute that OM did some damage to the transmission or some other part when they serviced the car. There was arguing back and forth but I ultimatly convinced Subaru that the damage must have been done by road hazard and they repaired the transmission free of charge. Convenience wise I would prefer to come to OM but with discount coupons and warranty issues I am still taking the car to Subaru even though their service is not as convenient as yours.

OMI is expensive, but you do good work!
