I knew I had a problem a week ago with my battery, starter or both. OM diagnosed that I needed a new battery but the starter was OK -- then. It headed downhill this week but waited until I went back to OM to die in their driveway. OK, I needed both parts but OM didn't want to sell me something until I really needed it. I appreciate that honesty. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back. Others are that they do great work, they have your car ready when they say thsy will, they provide good value and they give back to the Orinda community in many ways.

I received promt and accomodating service when I didn't even have an appointment. I was with expired tags and didn't want to go back out on the road. I appreciated that.
