Orinda Auto Repair

This was my first time bringing in a vehicle to Orinda Motors. My neighbours who have used OM recommended that I try there services since they were very happy with it. My vehicle is a little unusual since it is 1998 Dodge Durango that is lifted. The truck was hit while parked and it suffered some front end damage. So I was not sure that OM would take the vehicle for service. My first contact was with Tara who is a delight to deal with. She is very kind and conversational, took all my information to discuss with the Service Advisor. Jamie Martin was the Service Advisor and we spoke about the vehicle and what was required to repair. Jamie was also very nice to deal with and took my vehicle for repair. During the repair process he kept me fully informed on what had taken place and made recommendations on what should be additionally completed. Never any pressure and always at my option. But he made good sound sense in what needed to be done. I got my vehicle back running better than it has in a long time. I am feeling safe and secure in driving it now. The quality of service (both repair and customer service) was excellent. I am very pleased with it and will use OM for any future repairs on my other vehicles. Will definitely recommend to friends and family to visit the garage for minor or major repairs. Thank you.

Went in for a general service on my Honda CR-V. The staff was friendly and responsive, the service competitively priced. I appreciated that they explained everything they did, the things they didn't have to do, and what to anticipate for future servicing. In all my interactions they were focused and treated me as an individual. Well done.
