I received prompt, courteous, and professional service from Orinda Motors. Jamie was very helpful! I appreciate this high level of service and would recommend to anyone!

Jamie is charming and customer-service oriented but he's not Elaine. The service-writing staff used to be a happy group who liked each other and worked as a seamless team to confer that satisfaction onto their customers. That is the hallmark of a well-managed business which is sadly missing now.

Jamie and the team at Orinda Motors are always ready to help me whenever I need them. Just as I was getting on the freeway to go to Lafayette, my car temp gauge went to hot. I turned around and drove to OM. They determined the gauge was sticking because the car isn't driven very often. they replaced it and I was on my way.

I've been going to Orinda motors for many years. They are the best. I took my Subaru in as a light was on saying there was something wrong. I spoke to Jamie who said he would check it out. It turned out to be elusive. After numerous tests, he found there was something wrong with the transmission. He contacted Subaru to see if it was covered under the warranty. Yes it was. He went above and beyond to solve my car problem. Thank you, Jamie.
