CONGRATULATIONS on providing First Class Customer Service. I am a senior, so I am being very careful to stay home. My car needed to be serviced and I was uncomfortable taking it in. I appreciate the honesty and straightforward explanation that I received from the representatives from Orinda Motors today. I decided not to have them conduct an expensive repair to our Van because there were no immediate safety concerns. They could have lied to me and tried to up-sell a repair— but instead they provided an honest evaluation of the potential repair and let me decide (even though it resulted in a loss of revenue for them.) This service center was originally recommended by a neighbor and I fully concur with that very positive evaluation. It’s extremely difficult to find an honest and reliable garage anywhere. I’ll definitely be using them for my future service needs. -jrw-
