I have been going to Orinda Motors for sometime now and they have serviced and repaired my vehicles. I keep going back to them because in my opinion, it is the best service and maintenance shop I have ever visited. The repair work is solid and excellent. I have never had to go back for correction on any repairs they have completed. A thorough inspection is always done so possible issues are brought to my attention with a honest opinion of whether a repair is needed or not. Besides the excellent quality provided on the repairs, the customer service from the Service Advisors is beyond excellent. Tara, Jamie, and Francisco take the time to actually speak with their customers to get to know them. That kind of service is just not provided with some of the larger chain repair shops, or even some of the smaller locally owned ones. This is an important part of service because as we all know, the cost of servicing vehicles is not inexpensive. And these days we all are holding on to our older vehicles. However I find the cost at Orinda Motors is very reasonable. Sometimes it is higher especially when it requires heavy labour. Which is understandable. I have a 1998 vehicle and they are always able to find parts for my truck. I very highly recommend Orinda Motors to anyone including friends, neighbours, and family. I would rate them higher than five stars if it were available.
