Orinda Motors solved a difficult HVAC problem on our Mazda. They stood by their original quote for the work, even though the actual work required exceeded it.

Your employee Jamie (sp?) was great. He was willing to replace the dead headlight even though his schedule was full. He did it in the parking lot in about 15 minutes. However, went I went to pay for the work and the lamp, the cashier said it would be $90+, even though Jamie had quoted me $60-70. When I questioned this, Jamie instructed the cashier to go with his quote, which she did. By the way, it seems to me that $90+ to install a $30 lamp in less than 15 minutes seems a bit extraordinary.
