Professional, patient, (answered all questions, and "what ifs" , and, "what abouts") THOROUGH ASSESSMENT of vehicle and it's urgent and deferred maintenance needs, ...(1962 Chevy II Nova)..."pressure to fix" not applied for items deemed able to wait...trustworthy service writers, ( shout out to Steve Gauthier), was "kept in the loop" via telephone, repair options ventured, explained...work held until I "authorized"....knowledgeable, capable personnel in the "bays", thoroughly satisfactory experience...absolutely will be back with my 40 Buick and 49 Mercury...am gratified to have found this outfit after several false starts with "restoration/modification "specialists" over the years...this outfit is the "real deal"...
