Professional, patient, (answered all questions, and "what ifs" , and, "what abouts") THOROUGH ASSESSMENT of vehicle and it's urgent and deferred maintenance needs, ...(1962 Chevy II Nova)..."pressure to fix" not applied for items deemed able to wait...trustworthy service writers, ( shout out to Steve Gauthier), was "kept in the loop" via telephone, repair options ventured, explained...work held until I "authorized"....knowledgeable, capable personnel in the "bays", thoroughly satisfactory experience...absolutely will be back with my 40 Buick and 49 Mercury...am gratified to have found this outfit after several false starts with "restoration/modification "specialists" over the years...this outfit is the "real deal"...

As usual John V. and Greg did a wonderful repair on a vintage touchy radiator in my 1948 Diamond T pickup truck. Not only did they fix it, John say it was under warranty since it was worked on it before in the past year. How is that for service and integrity! A++++

My car had a headlight out and it was replaced quickly while I waited for less than a half hour.

The Appraiser said my fully restored stunning Aquamarine 1960 Thunderbird was a "Cream Puff Extraordinaire ". You can't get a higher rating than that-right ? Thanks John V and Staff for getting me to the finish line on my dream car restoration. I feel like Doris Day driving over the Golden Gate bridge in one of her movies. Nice.

Quality work, done on time. This is the ONLY place that will baby my Bird!

I was pleased with service quality and timing. I didn't expect to pay almost $1,000 for a rear wheel brake job on my '98 Ford truck. Admittedly, there were two leaking cylinders and a drum on each side so it's not a trivial job to do right. Working on brakes is not something I'd do myself. Overall, I was pleased with the Service. Maybe next time I'll get a complimentary wash.
