Our Prius is humming again. Your persistence in several test drives following brake and alignment work paid off when the car flashed a Check Engine light and quit. Never happened before! Glad on your watch and not while we were on the freeway somewhere, even if your techs had to hoof it back and call a tow truck. Diagnosis: engine air intake clogged with rodent debris! Oof.

Oof, is right! So glad your Prius is doing great. Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving holiday!

Very responsive and thorough service; they pointed out a lot of small things during the 17 point inspection that needed replacement - air filter, brake light bulbs, wiper blades - so glad it got it all done in the same visit
