I felt the dreaded pulsation through the steering wheel of my 2000 Infiniti I30 a while back and knew I needed to have the front brakes checked. Sure enough, the rotors were warped and the pads had only about 10% life left in them. A car that won't start is annoying; a car that won't stop is terrifying. OM took care of the brakes, and flushed the brake fluid, in less than a day at a reasonable price. Just another reason we are happy, long-time customers -- that and they keep our "vintage" vehicles safe, enjoyable and on the road.

They are terrific. They've worked on our 1995 Mercedes E320, 2006 Porsche 911, and 2009 BMW 328xi. They're effective, inexpensive, courteous, and honest. I would trust them with any car and recommend them to everyone.

This is the most friendly, efficient and professional auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure of coming to! The work they do is great and they have rental cars on site in case you need one. I will always come here from now on.

What? No Work Order. Typically all discussions when it comes to auto repair begin with a work order in hand. Not so at OM. I clipped my mirror with a garbage can, it hangs by a single wire, I explain the problem to John at OM, and without a Work Order he is quickly out the door to have a look. He massages, tweeks, a few soft palm smacks, and we're ready for testing. Everything works. The price? A smile and a Thank You. You can't go wrong by patronizing this business. I work in the area and I have been looking around trying to find a mechanic that is not going to screw me over. I cannot count the times that I have felt manipulated when trying a new auto repair shop. So if this sounds familiar to you, LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys really go the extra mile. I brought in my truck with an intermittent problem that was causing some stalling and rough idle issues. The initial repair attempt was unsuccessful and even included ordering an unexpected part that was quite expensive...and it did not fix it!! ARRRGH! This is usually when I am expecting the mechanic to come and tell me to bend over and tell me how much more $$ it is going to cost...but NOT THIS TIME!! The guys at Orinda auto repair kept my car for another 3 days to diagnose the problem and even added some new parts to fix the problem with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! WOW! AND they even gave me a rental car from next door during the time they had my truck! YAY! Thanks Orinda Auto Repair!!!

Friendly and competent

I greatly appreciate the friendly and quick service I received today at Orinda Motors. There is no good day to get a flat tire, but Orinda Motors made a bad situation much better with their great service. I really appreciated the transportation to/from my home as well.
