I was in a frenzy trying to get to Santa Clara when my tire warning went off. I had to leave and called Jeff for help from my other vehicle. Jeff sent someone to diagnose the problem, had my Z picked up from my driveway, replaced the unsalvageable tire and had the car delivered back to me the next day. trusting me to pay him. I never even asked him for the cost in advance. How can you describe a business relationship that contains that much mutual trust? What can you say about such incredible customer service? Jeff is the best!

Had a fuel usage issue that we were worried about. Theses guys ran every test imaginable and also researched manufacturer alerts for potential problems. Upshot: nothing found, so next step is calc mileage from a tank-to-tank analyses. They put a lot of time into the troubleshoot, but treated me very fairly when the problem remained ( for now) unresolved, despite their comprehensive effort.
